• Qualification: Basic Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 03 working experience in Supervision and Quality Assurance in Industrial Projects (Fertilizer & Allied Chemicals, Refinery, Oil & Gas, Power), Civil & structural works for piling, pile/open foundation, steel & RCC structure, fabrication & erection of steel structure.
• Mechanical (Construction): 10 Posts
• Qualification: Basic Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years working experience in construction related activities i.e Supervision of Construction works involving fabrication / erection / inspection of piping & equipments in respect of fertilizer plants, power plants, petroleum refineries, petro-chemical plants etc.

• Age:-21 years to 38 years as on 01.01.2009. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 (five) years in respect of SC/ST candidates. Further, the upper age limit is relaxable by 2 (two) years in respect of candidates who have been serving in lower posts or cadres for a minimum period of 5 (five) years.
• Educational Qualification: A candidate must be a Graduate in Arts or Science or Commerce from any Govt. recognized University with either Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Agricultural Economics/Sociology/ Anthropology/Social Anthropology/Social Work/Business Administration/Business Management/Geography or Commerce as one of the subjects. Preference shall be given to the Major (Honours) Graduates.
