It is proposed to fill-up following position as per details below purely on temporary basis under the time bound Project running in this institute:

• Project Name: Identification and quantification of Phosphatase Hydrolysable organic-P Sources for plant Nutrition and Re-finement of a Non-destructive Technique for Phosphatase Estimation.
• Research Associate: 01 Post (Purely temporary up to 21st march, 2014)
  
• Emoluments: Rs. 17000/-+ HRA for Master Degree/ Rs. 1800/- + HRA for Doctoral Degree/ Month.
• Qualification: M.Sc./ Ph.D. in Soil Science/ Chemistry/ Microbiology.
• Desirable: Working experience in computer data processing, typing, data analysis and presentation.
• Age: 40 years for men and 45 years for women on the date of walk in interview (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC are as per rules)
• Sr. Research Fellow: 01 Post (Purely temporary up to 21st march, 2014)
• Emoluments: Rs. 12000/-+ HRA (For Ist and IInd year) / month. Rs. 14000/-+ HRA (For IIIrd and onwards)/ month.
• Qualification: M.Sc. in SOil Science/ Chemistry/ Microbiology.
• Desirable: Working knowledge of computer analysis and typing.
• Age Limit: 35 years for Men & 40 years for Women on the date of walk in interview (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC are as per rules)
• Junior Research Fellow: 01 Post (Purely temporary up to 21st march, 2014)
• Emoluments: Rs. 3600/-+ HRA/ month
• Qualification: B.Sc. in any branch of Science/ agriculture.
• Age Limit: 30 years for Men & 35 years for Women on the date of walk in interview (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC are as per rules)
• Steno-Typist (Contractual): 01 Post (Purely temporary up to 21st march, 2014)
• Emoluments: Rs. 8000/-+ (Consolidated)/ month (purely on contract basis)
• Qualification: Graduate degree from any recognized university.
• Desirable: Good knowledge of spoken and written English/ Experience in working with MS-Office./ Working knowledge of Financial Accounting and Record Keeping./ Knowledge of working with E-mail/ Internet.
• Age Limit: 30 years for Men & 35 years for Women on the date of walk in interview (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC are as per rules)
• Date of Walk in Interview:
  
• 29.12.09 at 10.30 am for JRF and Steno typist.
• 30.12.09 at 10.30 am for RA and SRF

The candidates fulfilling the qualification for the above position are invited to appear for a walk in interview to be held at the office of Dr. J.C. Tarafdar, National Fellow & P.S., Central Arid Zone Research Institute, Light Industrial Area, Jodhpur 342003 (Raj). The candidate should bring the following documents along with bio-data on plain paper duly signed and pasted with a recent passport size photograph on it.

• Original certificate of educational qualifications and attested copies.
• Two testimonials of Character from two responsible gazette officers.
• Relevant publication.
• A brief of Research work carried during post graduations.
• No objection certificate from the employer in case of employment elsewhere.
• Experience certificate in original, if any.
