Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram is an Autonomous Institution under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. Applications are invited from Indian nationals possessing the prescribed qualifications and experience for the following positions:
- Assistant Registrar – 1 Post (unreserved)
- Pay : Rs.15600-39100 (PB-3) + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
- Qualification : Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.

- Qualification:
- (i) Bachelor’s degree with an excellent command over the English Language; (ii) Proficiency in Stenography and Computer key depression speed equivalent to 60 w.p.m. (iii) Diploma/Proficiency certificate in Computer and Office applications and (iv) five years relevant experience. OR (i) Three Year Diploma in Commercial Practice with an excellent command over the English Language (ii) Diploma/Proficiency certificate in Computer and Office applications and (iii) seven years relevant experience.

- Qualification : M.Com with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade with three years relevant experience OR B.Com with at least 55% marks or its equivalent with five years relevant experience.

- Qualification :

- Qualification : First Class Master’s Degree in Physics or Chemistry with one to three years relevant experience.

- Qualification : (i) Master Degree in Library Science after obtaining a Degree or its equivalent in General / Technical Education. Diploma in Computer Applications/Library Automation and Networking will be preferred.
