• Level -I: 04 Posts
  
• Consolidated Emoluments Rs. 7000/- fixed
• Age: 28 years
• Level-II: 05 Posts
• Consolidated Emoluments Rs. 10000/- fixed
• Age: 30 years
• Level-III: 02 Posts
• Consolidated Emoluments Rs. 12000/- fixed
• Age: 30 years
• Semiconductor Devices Area:
  
• Level -I: 01 Post
  
• Consolidated Emoluments Rs. 7000/- fixed
• Age: 28 years
• Level-II: 11 Posts

• Level-III: 18 Posts

• Candidates holding M.Tech/ M.E. or equivalent:

• Candidates holding 1st Class Diploma/ B.Sc. Qualification:
• 21.01.2010 at 09.00 am
• Candidates holding BE/ B.Tech/ M.SC./ MCA with 70% marks or more:
  
• 23.01.2010 at 09.00 am
• Candidates holding BE/ B.Tech/ M.Sc./ MCA with marks between 60% & 70%:
